Welcome to Legends Paintball! By participating in our activities, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before booking or attending an event at our venue.
1. General Participation
- All participants must follow the safety rules and guidelines provided by Legends Paintball staff.
- Participation in paintball activities involves physical exertion and a risk of injury. By participating, you accept these risks.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full payment must be made before the start of your session unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Liability Waiver
- Participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any paintball activities. Minors under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Photo & Video Consent
- By attending Legends Paintball venues or participating in events, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during your session for marketing, promotional, and print purposes.
- If you do not wish for your image to be used, it is your responsibility to inform Legends Paintball staff prior to the start of your session.
- Legends Paintball will respect your request and ensure that any images featuring you are not used.
5. Food & Beverages
- Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are strictly prohibited at Legends Paintball venues.
- Legends Paintball provides food and beverage options on-site to cater to your needs.
- Any person found bringing outside food or beverages, including alcohol, may be asked to dispose of these items or leave the venue without a refund.
6. Venue Rules
- Participants must adhere to the rules and instructions provided by Legends Paintball staff at all times.
- Legends Paintball reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with the rules without a refund.
7. Personal Belongings
- Legends Paintball is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought to the venue.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Legends Paintball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather).
9. Privacy Policy
- Legends Paintball is committed to protecting your personal information and will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Legends Paintball reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
By proceeding with a booking or participating in activities at Legends Paintball, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
