01 — Getting Started
General Questions
No — all safety gear and equipment is provided as part of your session fee. Only gear from the venue is to be used.
Comfortable, old clothes you don't mind getting dirty — long sleeves and trousers recommended. Closed-toe shoes or boots are required. We provide overalls, masks, and body protection on top.
Yes — we have ample free on-site parking for all group sizes. There is no charge for parking.
Each venue has their own rules regarding food and drinks. Please contact your venue directly for more information.
02 — Reservations
Booking Questions
Bookings are essential. Please book in advance to guarantee your spot.
We fill up fast — especially on weekends. For weekday sessions, book at least 48 hours ahead. For weekends and groups of 10+, book at least a week in advance or risk losing your slot.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. See our full terms and conditions.
Yes — a R250 deposit per booking is required to confirm your slot. The deposit is deducted from your total on the day. No deposit, no booking.
03 — Your Safety
Safety & Age Requirements
Absolutely. Our marshals run a full safety briefing before every session and stay on the field throughout. All players are equipped with full-face masks and body protection. We have a clean safety record across hundreds of sessions.
Minimum age is 7 for Mini Paintball, 12 for standard Paintball, and 13 for Airsoft. Players under 18 require a signed parental consent form on the day.
We provide full-face masks, chest protectors, overalls, and neck guards for all players.
Yes — trained marshals are present on the field for every session. They enforce rules, ensure safety, and make sure games run smoothly.
04 — Equipment
Gear & Equipment
No — all gear, paintballs and airsoft BBs must be from the venue. No outside equipment is permitted on the field.
Your session fee includes starter ammo as per your chosen package. No outside ammo is permitted — all paintballs and airsoft BBs must be purchased from the venue.
Yes — all markers, masks, and protective gear are inspected and maintained regularly. Any faulty equipment is replaced immediately.
05 — Events
Groups & Corporate Events
Yes — corporate bookings are one of our most popular packages. We can accommodate groups of 10 to 60+ players across multiple fields. Get in touch for a custom quote.
Absolutely. We run birthday packages for adults and kids (Mini Paintball from age 7). Tell us your group size and we'll put together the right package.
Yes — through our VIP Suite offering, you can book an entire field exclusively for your group. Includes dedicated marshal, custom game modes, and braai area access.
The minimum for a private/exclusive field booking is 20 players.
